• Do not store your spreadsheet content permanently
• Implement automatic backups before operations
• Delete temporary data after processing

8. Limitation of Liability

CellPilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Data loss or corruption
• Service interruptions or delays
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CellPilot Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:
